Carroll Plumbing started in 2003 when Mike Carroll — then a 15-year veteran of commercial plumbing — decided Westchester homeowners deserved better than the big franchise companies. He bought a van, put his name on the side, and started taking calls.
Two decades later, the van has been replaced, but the approach hasn't. Mike runs every job personally, and his team of four technicians carries the same values: be on time, be honest, and fix the problem right.
We're licensed as a Master Plumber in Westchester County and carry $2M in liability insurance. Every technician is background-checked and wears a uniform. We give written estimates before any work begins — no surprise bills.

We sponsor the Briarcliff Manor Youth Soccer League and provide free seasonal pipe inspections for seniors through the Westchester County Senior Home Program.
